Cat Popper was the little kid who drove her relatives insane, asking questions about the yellowed photos she found in the attic. “Who’s this?” “But what was he LIKE?” “Why did he have a donkey in his dining room?”. She wrote down every detail and tall tale she heard and was heartbroken when some of the faces remained nameless and particulars were lost forever.

AANC is Cat’s attempt to document the things that she finds interesting about people before they get lost in time—small stuff, dumb stuff, sweet stuff, human stuff that doesn't have any business on a Wiki page.

Cat and her ragtag film crew (two old pals and her husband) manage to pull off each episode with a charm and ineptitude that elicits unguarded takes from her guests. With famous folks acting like non-famous folks and non-famous folks acting like rock stars, each episode is stand-alone but also part of the series journey about the process of following a passion when you’re pretty sure you don't know what you're doing.
